The Rada Cutlery R105 Serrated Steak Knife is one of the most popular knives at Rada. It will effortlessly cut through meats such as: pork chops, roasts, loins, ribs, ham, grilled chicken breast and steaks. It is intended for use at the dinner table, but many use the serrated steak knife for other cutting tasks. The blade on the steak knife measures 3-7/8 inches, has an overall length of 7-3/4 inches and is made from surgical quality, T420 high carbon stainless steel. It has a small, sharp single-sided serrated edge. The hollow ground blade ensures a precision concave surface for maximum edge retention. The handle on the serrated steak knife is made from permanently cast silver brushed aluminum with a satin finish. This dinner knife should not be washed in the dishwasher. Handwashing is recommended.
